When unloading, the cylinder does not fall or falls unsteadily:
1) if the solenoid valve is not energized, check the electrical circuit;
2) the input voltage of solenoid valve does not meet the requirements, check the voltage and reach the standard value;
3) if the solenoid valve or manual valve filter is blocked, remove and clean or replace the valve core;
4) if the electromagnet is damaged due to long energizing time or overheating, check whether the voltage is over voltage and confirm the input electrical signal;
5) throttle valve or pressure compensation valve is blocked, adjusted or replaced.

Installation, piping and wiring of hydraulic power unit equipment:
1, note that the high-pressure hose should not be excessively twisted and bent, its bending radius should be larger than the recommended small value, generally larger than 10-20 times the diameter of the hose.
2. Operate under the condition of completely cutting off the power supply to avoid any danger.
3, the product should be installed on the foundation of low vibration, high strength, and keep level.
4, the product should be installed in the dust, micro chips, water and oil mist less place.
5, do not sprinkle water and other media on the surface of electrical appliances, in order to avoid electric leakage and circuit break accident.
6. If there is a high-pressure hose in the system, its pressure grade and small size should be considered to ensure normal working requirements.
7. Qualified technicians shall carry out piping and wiring.
8. Pay attention to the reliability of high-pressure hose connection to ensure safety.
